State whether you want account deletion, personal data deletion, or removal of prior support communications where legally permitted.
Scope
If an app supports accounts, stored profile or account-linked data may be deleted on request, subject to legal and security obligations.
Support emails or attachments may be removed where retention is no longer necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or active troubleshooting.
Limited backup, audit, fraud-prevention, or security records may be retained for a reasonable period when necessary to protect systems or comply with law.
Timeline
Deletion requests are reviewed manually. If more detail is needed to verify ownership or locate the record, a reply may be sent before deletion is completed.
Reasonable efforts are made to process valid requests promptly, but timing depends on the complexity of the request and the systems involved.
