Mobile App Compliance
This policy explains what information may be collected when you use apps published by Cordine Labs, how that information may be used, and how to contact me about privacy-related questions.
Scope
This policy applies to mobile apps, websites, landing pages, support email interactions, and other software services published or operated by Cordine Labs.
Some apps may have additional app-specific disclosures inside the product listing or in-app settings. If an app includes more specific terms, those app-specific disclosures control for that product.
Information
If you email for support, submit feedback, join a waitlist, or contact Cordine Labs, the information you provide may include your name, email address, device details, screenshots, bug descriptions, and any other information you choose to send.
Some apps may collect limited diagnostic, crash, performance, or usage information to keep the app stable, understand major failures, and improve the product.
App stores and platform operators such as Google Play and Samsung Galaxy Store may process transaction, device, or account information under their own privacy policies.
Usage
App operation and maintenance
To deliver core functionality, keep services available, fix bugs, and respond to compatibility or device issues.
Support and communication
To respond to support requests, account questions, product feedback, and security or privacy inquiries.
Quality and security
To investigate abuse, enforce product rules, reduce fraud, and improve the reliability and safety of apps and services.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the app or site, process store distribution, comply with legal obligations, investigate abuse, or work with infrastructure providers such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, payment, or communication tools.
Retention
Support emails, bug reports, and operational records may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for support, security, documentation, legal compliance, and product maintenance.
If an app supports account or cloud-backed data, deletion requests are handled according to the process on the data deletion page.
Children
Apps and services published by Cordine Labs are not intentionally directed to children under 13 unless a specific product listing states otherwise. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, send a request to mailto:christopher@cordine.site for review and removal.
